Online ordering

How can I register as a new customer?

How do I place an online order?

You can easily place an order via the Wecoline webshop. Log in here with your account and you can order online.

I lost my password what now?

This can easily be resolved. Request a new password here.

I have an urgent order, what now?

In our webshop there is the possibility to specify a desired delivery date when ordering. You can also add a comment to an order. Clearly state here that the order is an urgent order and we will do our best to deliver it as quickly as possible.

Is it possible to pick up an order?

This is exceptionally possible. State this wish in the comment field when placing the order.

Can I order from you as a (cleaning) company?

As a cleaning company, it is currently not possible to order from Wecoline. 

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If the items are still in the shopping basket, you can still change or cancel the order. Is this not the case? If so, please contact our colleagues in the sales department by telephone here to see the possibilities.

What are the payment options?

In our webshop you can pay with all the desired payment options. The current payment arrangements also apply to online orders.

Shipping and delivery

What is the delivery time?

This depends very much on the type of product and the quantity of products ordered.

What happens if an order is not in stock?

If a product is not in stock, you will see this in the webshop and on the confirmed delivery date on the order confirmation. 

How much are the freight costs?

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, freight and administration costs will be charged. The amount depends on the delivery address and the total order value.
